How to use
The basics
- Type each label as a paragraph: one or more lines, no blank lines inside.
- Insert a blank line to move to the next label cell.
- Empty paragraphs skip a cell (useful if you've already used the first few labels on a sheet).
- The dashed outlines on the preview are the label bounds. They don't print.
Sheets supported
| Avery 5160 | Address labels, 1" x 2-5/8", 30 per sheet (3 columns x 10 rows) |
| Avery 5163 | Shipping labels, 2" x 4", 10 per sheet (2 columns x 5 rows) |
| Avery 5164 | Shipping labels, 3-1/3" x 4", 6 per sheet (2 columns x 3 rows) |
Sizing
- Auto-fit picks the largest size that fits each label's content. Different labels can end up at different sizes.
- Manual applies one point size to every label. Anything that doesn't fit is flagged.
- Use the Inner pad slider to add breathing room inside each label so the text doesn't kiss the cut edge.
Before printing
- Choose Save as PDF or your label printer.
- Set scale to 100% (also called "Actual size"). Do not let the browser "Fit to page."
- Set margins to None (or "Default" - the page already declares zero @page margins).
- Print one test sheet on plain paper first and hold it up to a label sheet to verify alignment.
